LTSave Receives Series A Investment, Village Ventures Lead Investor
Boston, MA, November 27, 2007 - LTSave, an internet-based SEC registered investment advisor that provides investment management and retirement planning services to employer, financial institution, and affinity group plan participants, today announced it has received a Series A investment from a consortium of a venture firm and private investors.
Leading the investment round is Village Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm with $150MM under management, focused on financial services, media and health care companies.
Also investing in the round is W. James Tozer, Jr., a private investor who has been a senior executive at several leading financial institutions. Mr. Tozer was also an investor and on the board of Circle Lending, now Virgin Money US, a founding investor of Lending Tree, of Rollover Systems, Inc. and of Zane Benefits.

LTSave's strategic and business planning support was provided by Mercatus LLC, a financial services strategy consulting and investment firm with expertise in consumer financial services, banking, asset management, and retirement services.
